WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
A NEW Day and a NEW Week!!! If you are struggling it's time to get serious BEFORE the Holidays!!! Up the "GOOD" Protein and put those carbs on the back burner!!! Many of us relax during the holidays and when the new year starts we have extra pounds to get off. The one thing I made a decision on early out was that I was NEVER going to have a New Years Resolution to loose weigh ever again!!! I've succeed so far and I don't want to break that promise to myself now!!! Join Me...Make Good Choices during the Holidays!

Good morning all. Was a busy weekend for me with a wedding Saturday night and another one yesterday afternoon. Yesterdays was in Owen Sound so it was a loooong day, but I wouldn't have missed it. My favourite Aunt!
B - 4.4 oz hamburger gravy
S - oikos key lime yogurt
L - 1 cup chili
S - premier protein
D - 1 cup chili
I'm planning for the snacks in case I do need them, so I will have them available but am going to try and get by without them.
Totals including snacks Cal 983, carbs 78, protein 98.....not exactly true totals because I changed my chili recipe this time (more beef, less beans) but haven't had the chance to log the recipe...will go with this, better on the heavier side than light
Have a great day!
