I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I'm back but life has been crazy since I got home. Did get to muscle pump on Monday. yesterday stood in the cold at the election site handing out flyers, then meetings.

When I went to vote yesterday morning at 7:45 am a lady gave me a brochure and when I came back out she asked me if she could have it back if I didn't want to keep it because she didn't have very many. I thought was sooo strange.

I brew my decaf then mix about 3/4 cup of warm water with vanilla and mint cookie protein powder snd use that to "cream " the decaf don't try tovadd the powder to the hot coffee it will curdle it's really a treat not sure what you would do if you didn't like flavored coffee you can use lots of flavors like chocolate, Carmel , vanilla and my favorite , mint cookie
