Afternoon LWs,
28 weeks post op
Just getting ready to head home for the day. Lots to get accomplished this weekend so thought I'd get a head start this aft! Went to Yoga at lunch. I like the moving and stretching and such but I'm not into that whole peaceful, find your zen stuff.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese
S - 2 oz chicken breast
L - 3.5 oz taco beef on lettuce with salsa, sour cream and cheese
S - lite & fit greek yogurt with 1/4 cup vector granola
D - 4 oz chicken stir fry
Totals - Cal 782, carbs 32, protein 93

Lunch: Scrambled Eggs and bacon
Snack: Toasted Pita Chips
