Back to Basics - Day 14

I am doing pretty well. I have removed almost all the carbs from my diet. Shut down all the snacking and grazing.
AND DROPPED 10 LBS of my 30 lb regain.
So 20 to go...
adding in some moderate exercise. Fast walking for 30 minutes a day for at least 3 to 4 times a week.
I'll check back in, in another week.

Sorry I have been missing in action but been at an event then came back to meetings and work.
Great job. I need to be there with you. Traveling isn't kind to me. Back on track but it is slow going
