Thought I would start.

 

B: protein coffee

    English Muffin w turkey sausage pattie

S: boiled egg

L: salad with greek yogurt dressing

   3 oz chicken breast

S: cold protein coffee

D: 3 oz chicken breast

 

Keep wanting to munch at night.  Going to try to find something non-carb to satisfy that craving.  Maybe a flavored water ??

L - chef salad and a few chips
S - yogurt coverd cranberries
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

iron: stopped
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

walking and stairs
