Good evening, its been a long time. Hi Gina! Hello Price, glad you got a ride in, it was awful weather wise here yesterday, but much better today.
Two weeks ago saw 164, the first time in 6 years. Got back on track. Need to remember that I am a postop, and need to live this way.
B protein coffee, plus coffee with 2 T half and half and a sweet n low
L 2 oz ham with a cheese stick, pickle, 3/4 ounce 88% cocoa dark chocolate
S small gala apple with 2 T peanut butter
D 3 small meatballs with about a cup of zucchini noodles, 1/2 cup marinara, sprinkle of parmesan and an ounce of mozzarella

miles 3 miles on the treadmill. My trusty lab Buddy Love can only make it a short way down the street and back now. He is only 9 and this makes me sad.
