Happy Hump Day!  I don't want to Adult today, not a great menu today.

B - Light & Fit Greekcrunch Key Lime Pie

S - kolbassa, cheese, strawberries (all measured and logged too lazy to look at and type stats)

L - braised beef (at a restaurant, I think about 4 oz)

S - egg salad, cucumber slices

D - meaty spag sauce

S - Premier protein shake

 

Cal 1059, carbs 53, protein 99

Calories are high but added the shake to get my protein number up there a little more.....

 

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I planned on having a good food day but then I had a dinner meeting and it was all over.  Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

decaf protein coffee  33g
greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts, chia
chicken salad, artichoke salad
ice cream (I have a client who works at an ice cream shop)
chicken, green beans, sweet potato, brownie
