taking back control of myself.
It's been way to long since I have been on this site. I should have known better... I did know better. I let my head get turned away.
I have a regain of 40 lbs. I need to drop... today is the first day of that journey.
Back to the basics... water, protein, exercise and much much smarter choices.

I will be accountable!

Thanks for the welcome. It is very comforting to see you on here... you were a great source and guide my first go around.
I look forward to staying in touch.

Welcome back! It is possible!!
I would suggest over 100 grams of good Whey Protein drinks a day, go back to basics like small numerous meals based on Protein, use a small plate, don't drink with your meal, measure and weigh your food. I'm not a believer in exercise unless you are determined to do it for life. That seems to be one of the major reasons posters gain weight back. After they get to goal exercise is put on the back burner and the pounds start creeping back on.
Your success and posts could help soooo many people!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Thanks for the welcome back. I have a whole bunch of faith and a big dose of reality.
I know this will not be easy... but it will be doable.
Back to basics... and by exercise... I really just mean back to walking which I would be doing for the rest of my life.
I work at a desk all day so I don't get in the movement needed to keep me nimble. Also it makes me feel really good both physically and mentally to do that 1.5 most days.

Welcome back. It is so easy to put it on and so hard to take it off. It is a daily lifelong commitment but it is doable. I had good luck with the 5 day pouch test as a "reset" Need to do it again.
Stick on here and post on M&M. It helps me when I can/do.
