WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!!! It's a new week!!!!! I saw my first fall colored tree this morning and I love all of the fall colors everyone's decorating their yards with. That's one of the advantages of living in the North. Although...it's also almost time to put my summer clothes away and I always worry about my dress pants fitting me after summer swelling, fresh fruits and picnics.....

OH MY Gina...that is HOT!!! We had a few 90's mid summer but we are around high 70's and low 80's now. I love the 70's! I'm just not ready to put my shorts away yet.
Sounds Yummy!

the heat can be very hard on horses when they are working hard. At the show he will be pulling almost his weight for 7K pretty fast. Imagine doing that in a fur coat!! That is why we clip the winter coat off so they can cool better.
Pear and cheese, my lack of using punctuation on the tablet, lol.
