WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!!! My scales were down to my "Normal" range this morning....YEAH!! Every summer I go up a few pounds because my ankles, hands, etc. swell from the heat. I wear a ring guard on my engagement ring all of the time so I can adjust it to where it needs to be so it doesn't fall off of my finger. I had to pu**** up big time today.

Good morning Ladies! Hump Day, sort of....does a short work week have a hump? Only working half day today cuz I'm off to the dr. this afternoon.

B - Chobani greek yogurt (not my fav) and 1/4 cup Vector Granola (high carb breakie today)
S - 1 egg, egg salad
L - 3 oz pot roast
S - 2 oz deli turkey with a cheese stick
D - Bacon/Cheddar Sausage
Totals - Cal 882, carbs 31, Protein 82

I know I am repeating myself but your Protein total is pretty low. What you do eat are good choices but you are not absorbing much of the 82grams you list. I'm worried about that. Your Protein totals should be much higher if you aren't going to supplement with good Whey Protein Drinks.
Has your hair started thinning out yet? I'm also worried about your muscles and skin.

Yes, hair is thinning, but muscles and skin are good! I'm active!
My program recommends 60 - 80 grams of protein a day. I do strive for more than that but I also need to balance out the calories!
My 6 mos check-up is early October so we'll soon see if I'm eating correctly!
I appreciate your concern and advise and will try even harder to get the numbers up!

As long as the calories are from Protein I wouldn't worry about the total. 60-80 should be a starting point not your total for the day. You will loose faster the more Protein you take in.
