WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!!! Hope you had a FUN Labor Day Weekend!! We went boating with friends. The Grandkids loved being pulled on rafts and the Jet Ski. I enjoyed their laughter...... Getting to post on my work computer today....YEAH! I'm was surprised how many times I went to my home computer over the weekend. I didn't think I used it that much but I'm realizing I don't spend hours on it but I do use it quite a few times during the day. Waiting for the insurance check so I can buy a new one.
