Menus and Miles Tuesday, Sept. 6th
Roz, I'll get this started, if you prefer to do it let me know and I will wait for your posts.
Post-op RNY 5+ mos
Had a great weekend of camping and baseball with good friends. Played 3 games Saturday and los them all, got up Sunday played a couple more for the win and took us to the finals when we lost! Oh well, it was a memorial fundraising tournament for cancer so win win all the way around.
Well the scale is playing with me....200.4 today I normally record my weight on Mondays because that's the day I had surgery, so down 3 lbs since last recording day.....maybe tomorrow I'll break the barrier!
Nothing planned for today other than a boring day at work....with likely a little longer drive because the school buses will be back!
Here's the menu:
B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese
S - Bacon Cheddar Pork Sausage
L - 3 oz pot roast
S - 2.5 oz homemade chicken salad
D - shepperds pie
Total Cal 878, Carbs 32, Protein 87
Have an awesome day everyone!
Sorry...I was thinking your post was from yesterday because I didn't have a computer to start it. I'm definitely not ready to give up starting M&M for my LW's........
