WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

YEAH...I'm soooo glad you posted!!! Our M&M's gets a lot of views but it saddens me that we only have 3 regular posters and 1 of them is me.......
Your menu sounds Awesome!!!
What type of WLS did you have? Do you think you could figure out how to post it on your Profile page so it shows up (date and type). It helps us out to know what type of menus you should be on. If you had an RNY I'd be suggesting you start drinking a few GOOD Protein drinks a day. Our bodies NEED Protein and as early out as you are you aren't absorbing all of the Protein that you are eating. You would be shocked seeing the scale down faster by adding those. If you were a DS'er I'd suggest more fat. If you were a sleeve I'd say good Job.

Okay, so I tried to add, RNY April 11, 2016
If I drink protein drinks, that leaves little room for food (in my calorie count anyway), and then I will be hungry!
**Edited to add, the reason I don't post here is because it isn't "regular". Its 4:00 now and the Menus and Miles thread hasn't been started.
I could start it, as I do on my home board, but don't want to step on your toes Roz!
