I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
YEAH it's Friday!!!! We got hit last night with the worst lightning we've ever experienced!! Blew up our garage door opener, telephone lines and my computer. We could smell smoke but we couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. It was really scary!!

Wow, that is scary. There have been some really bad storms around but we seem to have been spared.
Drove Teke this afternoon. It was hot but he had been off because of my trip so we needed to work. Trailer is loaded for a driving trip tomorrow.
Back on track to get those bad eating pounds off!!!
