First Dr visit

Okay, here's the latest...my insurance does not require the 3 or 6 month medical diet so I'm good there. I weighed in at 40.8 BMI with 3 co-morbidities, so all good there. Just completed a nicotine urine test and had to submit a dietary history form to my PCP for signature. I'm scheduled for my psych evaluation and nut visit on Sept 26th. At that point, I think we will have everything ready for insurance submission and with luck I'll be scheduled for surgery by Oct!

That is so exciting! I will be ready for submission on September 26th as well, it would be neat if we could be surgery buddies LOL. Did your patient advocate call you or did you have to call her? If you called her, how long did it take for her to call you back? I still haven't heard back from mine. My questions aren't urgent, but I still like them answered.

She called me. I would call if you have questions. Do you have an appt on the 26th? My appt with the psych is at 1pm and the dietician at 2pm on the 26th. 

No, I have my final 90 day Dr weigh in with my primary the week prior.  I figored they would submit the following Monday ;)
