Miles and Menus August 21, 2016

I know I typed Sunday Weigh in this morning not miles and menus but that is what is showing on my computer.  Sometimes OH is just weird.

Drove teke this morning then paperwork

decaf protein coffee  33g
greek yogurt, granola, blackberries, walnuts, chia
lemon tea protein 13g
porkchop, tomato, 1/2 low carb pita, cole slaw
lemon tea protein 13g
rye crisp w/ brunswieger
spoon of peanut butter
chicken salad, cukes
protein shake 33g

Hi Price, when you say 'lemon tea protein' are you using a specific product or adding unflavored to lemon tea?

I use Syntrax lemon tea protein (1/2 scoop) with a tube of generic crystal light, usually peach tea.
