I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Nice to see you back Price!! It's summer and everyone's out vacationing or enjoying the nice weather I guess. I did write to Gina because I was worried about her but she was away too.
Sounds Good...even the brownie and ice cream....Isn't it great we can have those things once in a while now. I just have to get right back to Protein the next meal.
