I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Horse show day, watching not competing. It was Pony Club Nationals at Tryon International and it was hot hot hot. We did have a brief storm in the late afternoon that stopped everything for a while but then it continued on until 9:30. I will own what I ate, but not proud of it.

IT'S HARD TO EAT RIGHT WHEN WE ARE AT FUNCTIONS AND AROUND PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND BRING THE SCALE BACK DOWN.

the ice cream gave me a yucky feeling but not enough to stop me from eating it. At least I don't do that often and yes, it is much easier to just get back on track the next day.
I've been to Ohio once to compete but that is so very far away. Most of my competitions these days are NC and SC.
