WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! Not many posters. I hope you are reading posts and enjoying your summer. Make good choices it won't be long until we have to fit into our winter clothes. Last night we had BQ ribs and the grandkids must have smelled them....LOL. I got one rib and no corn on the cob......BUT listening to their giggling filled my heart up!!!

Sorry I have been missing in action. I hate posting from my tablet but I need to get better about it. Going back and forth to Aiken has meant a busy summer for me. The good news is when I stepped on the scale this morning I was 131, about 3lbs lower than I have been. So something about all this is working for me.
