WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Afternoon LW's!!!  Beautiful Day in PA.  This is the 5th year I've worn the same summer clothes. I bought most of them during the off season from the sale racks.  I do get everything dry cleaned but it's worth the expense not to have to go shopping for new things.  I don't mind spending money on Good clothes when I know I'm going wear them for awhile.  Before WLS I bought whatever would fit and cover everything up.

Hot, hot, hot describes our weather but it is summer in Missouri.  Isn't it great to be able to wear  your clothes from year to year.  I never buy anything that has to be dry cleaned.  I've given away most of my dress clothes since I retired.  Working as a temp I can wear the same thing a lot since I'm at different offices.  Unfortunately, some of the things I wore the first year are too small.  Hopefully, I will get back in them.  They are mainly crop pants and jeans.  Before WLS, I liked lose fitting and pretty much bought whatever was on sale because I was always going to lose weight so I didn't want to spend much.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal w/walnuts & almond milk

Lunch:  Click w/Pure protein in almond milk; Pineapple Pistachio Pudding

Snack:  Power Crunch bar

Dinner:  Tilapia; squash & onions

Snack:  Almonds

I am out of my tiniest clothes but have had what I am wearing for years now.  I have to replace tops because I get the stained cooking and with the farm stuff but pants still fit.  Still amazes me.

decaf protein coffee  33g
2 eggs, cheese, kale
lemon tea protein 13g
leftover meatballs, green beans
Caribbean cooler protein 13g
pimento cheese, crackers
stuffed peppers, zucchini
brownie (darn things, I made them for the dinner party then someone brought cobbler so they didn't get eaten)
