I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Good Morning LW's!!! I was up on the scale this weekend....ugh. Too much fruit!! Fruit has tons of sugar and it adds the pounds on. It surprises me when Posters say their Surgeons offices tell them to eat numerous servings of fruit a day.

I've tracked everything I've eaten for 2 days. Yesterday's protein grams was only 67. I had 2 protein drinks so I thought I would at least make 100 but total protein today is 87. I even did 20 minutes on the bike.
I made Oopsie Bread. I didn't put ay seasoning in it and I'm not real impressed. I'll make it again and add some seasonings. Hope I can make a tasty version.
