WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Good Morning LW's!!!  I was up on the scale this weekend....ugh.  Too much fruit!!  Fruit has tons of sugar and it adds the pounds on.  It surprises me when Posters say their Surgeons offices tell them to eat numerous servings of fruit a day.

Maintenance:  7+ years out 

Breakfast: 

Snack:    

Protein:   Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Lunch:      Ham and 1/2 cup Potato Soup

Snack:     Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Crunch Bar

Snack:     1 Babybell Cheese Round

Dinner:   Not Sure  Probably Hamburger Patty

I've tracked everything I've eaten for 2 days.  Yesterday's protein grams was only 67.  I had 2 protein drinks so I thought I would at least make 100 but total protein today is 87.  I even did 20 minutes on the bike. 

I made Oopsie Bread.  I didn't put ay seasoning in it and I'm not real impressed.  I'll make it again and add some seasonings.  Hope I can make a tasty version.

Some call it Cloud Bread.  I made it early on and it stuck to my cookie sheet although I sprayed it with Pam.  It was such a mess I never made it again.  I'm going to make them again and add some seasonings.  Otherwise, they are pretty tasteless.
