Drove Teke this morning then paperwork and a meeting.  It was delightfully cool here today, amazing.

It has been a little cooler in Kansas City the last few days, but next week is supposed to be near 100.

I didn't realize my eats today were lousy.  I'm going to do the 5 Day Pouch Test starting Sunday.
