I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Meeting and billing. My electronic medical record isn't talking to the billing folks so it is back to the old way and it is so much more time consuming, ugh. But I can't keep not getting paid and still pay staff so I'm slaving away at the computer. Did make it to muscle pump for the first time in 2 weeks.

I normally don't have oatmeal during warm weather but DH has been wanting it in the morning so I took some to work for my lunch (Tuesday).
