Day 3 of Do Over
My Do Over is going well with a small loss of mind this afternoon. We attended my great niece's birthday party. I used lettuce on my burger instead of a bun. I've tried the lettuce 3 times and I really don't like it. It's messy. Everything was fine until cake and homemade ice cream was served. I had a sliver of cake and about 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter ice cream. It was sooooo good but within minutes of taking the last bite, that 'feeling' hit. I barely made it to the bathroom before it came up.
I'm so glad sugar makes me sick, but wish I would STOP having even a little. It's not worth it.
I'm tracking on Spark People and have gotten in about 100 grams of protein each day.

I wish I could say no to sweets too!! I also run to the bathroomand then I get the sweats and shakes. I don't think I will ever learn!!!!

I've never dumped but have felt bad if I had too much. It doesn't help me stay away.
100g is great. I do 100-150 a day and I think it helps.
