8 Years Tomorrow
My RNY was done 7/8/2008. I wish I could say I lost all the excess weight and I have never regained any of the lost pounds, but......that's not the case.
I lost 70 lbs. but should have lose an additional 15 lbs. to meet my surgeon's goal for me. I kept it off for several years, but over the last year or so I've regained and can't seem to get it off. No one to blame but ME. The last month has been extremely stressful but that's not a good excuse. I've made poor choices and keep telling myself tomorrow I will get on track.
Tomorrow should be the perfect day to get on track. It's the eighth anniversary of one of the biggest (no pun intended) days of my life. I went to drastic measures to lose weight so I should get myself back to clean eating.
