WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I'm worried about your Protein (that might be causing you to be tired). You should be getting at least 100g of GOOD Whey Protein in every day. Our bodies don't absorb all the protein in foods.
Food Choices are good.

Roz! I hadn't even thought of the malabsorption factor until you mentioned this. I'm going to add a few protein shakes a day (half sized, maybe?) to increase my protein so that at least some protein is absorbed. I'm so glad to be a part of this group!
Edit ---
Is premier protein a quality protein? I am under the impression that whey protein isolate is best absorbed, but it's not even an ingredient in premier shakes. Opinions, anyone?
