Actually, it is a second home and they will come and go with me for a while. The whole reason for the new house is to be able to drive more (warmer in the winter, sand instead of mud, and the home is in the middle of a great driving trail system).
the same is good. But I understand. Sometimes I FEEL heavy and I am the same. Sometimes I FEEL skinny and I am not, lol.

This was a week spent in Florida... I experimented, trying some new foods, and a couple of times paid for it. But I trudged through it, and had a great time anyway!
We hit both coasts, and really enjoyed the waves on the Atlantic side!
I left on Saturday, which was the last time I weighed in. 230.5
This morning, I weighed in at 225.5
I was very happy with this!
Tomorrow is 6 weeks post op for me! I feel like I'm slowly turning a corner as far as food and energy goes. I actually went on about a 5 miles bike ride with my son on Friday. That felt good!
After I get the release on Tuesday from my doc, I'm joining a gym that's located on the way home. They have a class I'm interested in. I'm really looking forward to it!

Good job!!! Yeah, when you try new foods, try to just do one at a time. Then you can track what is ok and what is not. And in a few weeks, you can try it again. Sometimes all it takes is a week or two and it will be ok.
I love my muscle pump class.

A day late again with weigh in but I stayed the same. I'm up and down a few pounds. With DH not here, I have trouble cooking just for me. My son lives here but he has a crazy work schedule so usually eats when he has time. I shopped at Sprouts and bought lots of good veggies and fruits. I really need to cook instead of relying on protein bars and deli meats.
I see what some of you weight and it makes me feel really fat. I never got anywhere close to the 130s.
