No complaints. I think my body is pretty happy here. I'll be in Aiken trying to get the new house settled for most of this week. Wonder what eating on my own will do.

So I commented and it went away. The same is great, don't you usually go up some in the summer with water retention? Maybe that is the bouncing.

However the scale did go up and stay at 133 for a few days. I started the insanity workout program on Friday so I should start seeing some changes :) like my weight this morning...

6 weeks post-op

My week had it's ups and downs, still trying to learn how to live again. I battle fatigue and nausea more than half the time, and I'm still waiting for that burst of energy everyone tells me is coming. For now, I'm just trying to be patient and taking one day at a time.
Surgery weight 173.0
6 week weight 152.0 -21.0 pounds today, yay!

Fatigue is pretty common at 6 weeks. I was still sleeping 12 hrs a night at that point. I have never been napper. What was your D3 level before surgery? I was low and I really think my energy came back when my D3 level got back to ok.
Try posting on Miles and menus. I would think the nausea should be over by now. Get in your protein and fluid. It does get better, promise.

I didn't stop being nauseated until last week. My surgeon said no problem, he gave me zofran.
