WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Got a late start on the meal plan today, if I don't pay attention I could probably go all day and never eat a bite.
Breakfast - 20oz Isopure alpine punch
Snack - babybel light cheese round
Lunch - lean ground beef patty 2.3oz
Snack - cherry light n fit greek
Dinner - lean ground beef patty 2.5oz
Snack - 4 oz warm fairlife milk
Funny, my daughter brought home some fresh cherries today, and without thinking I bit into one. Woops, no raw fruits or veggies yet. LOL it sure was delicious.
Also, for whatever reason, beef seems to go down easily and sit nicely in my pouch. But pork is giving me hell?? I guess I'm going to stick with beef, chicken and seafood for the next couple of months.

I completely understand about not eating! I was that way too and on some days I still have to force myself to eat. That's why early out I drank 4 Whey Protein drinks a day so that I at least got my Protein in. I figured food was just an added bonus.
That's funny how we are all soooo different. Pork settles in really well for me but I struggle with beef and sometimes even chicken. It depends how it's cooked.
I don't understand the whole fruit and veggies thing but I guess it's great you are following Drs. orders.

YUM chocolate covered pretzels. I almost bought some last night when we stopped at the store on the way to DH's game. I bought a single piece of Reeses peanut butter cup instead. It was just enough to help with the drooling.
Sounds Good!
