WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I plan on loving summer as soon as I can get this Medicaid audit out of the way tomorrow, lol.
Today, met with several client and staff, tying up all the lose ends before the audit tomorrow. Then to finish packing and getting ready to move stuff to the new house over the weekend. We close on Tuesday so I will be gone much of next week. One of my task is to figure out internet at the new house when I am there.

Is the plan to still have 2 houses? It's closer to your DD's or better for your buggy racing? I'm super excited for you!! It would be hard owning your own business. This will give you a comfortable place to look forward to.
Sounds Yummy!

Yes, we will have 2 houses for the most part until I can retire and we put this house on the market. It is much better for my driving, but further than my DD. Most of my business is electronic paperwork now so I can do that from anywhere. The new house will be rented some but with the renters knowing I will come down when I can.

Did you say your new house is in Kentucky? How long a drive is that for you? MY DD's are going to Kentucky this weekend. They are taking all of the Coaches to a Training at Louisville University.

No the new house is in SC, Aiken area. so the winters should be much better but also hotter in the summer. It is about 3-3.5 hr, Ky is actually more like 5 so I wouldn't want to do that very often.
