I wasn't here last week but 2 weeks ago 131
This week after a week of wedding stuff 133
So I am back to my pretty normal for the past few years, 132-134. During my travels to the wedding, I listened to an interview with a lady, don't remember her name, who wrote a book named something like Why Diets Make You Fat. Pretty interesting. It did make me think that my body seems pretty happy at this range. I guess I should be too.
So how was your week?

It seems a little early for you to be stalling. You have been a pretty routine eater. Have you added anything new in? How about swelling from the heat? I'm always a little higher during the summer.
Did you take your measurements? It's strange how it works but during the stalls is when you will notice the most inches coming off.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

I discovered the culprit. For the first time since November I woke up this morning to find I'm getting a period. I was really hoping for official menopause, nope.
So, not a stall, jus****er retention and hormonal fluctuations.
Oh, yes inches are coming off.

If you're following your plan it will work. There is a famous 3 eeek stsll that many have sometimes your body just has to figure out what is happening start postingon miles and menus. Are you getting in your fluids. Are you getting in your protein hang in there it will work

Your surgery was just a few days before mine. I'm right there with ya, stuck for the last 4 days.
I know it's completely normal, but it's an emotional challenge to accept that stuck scale.
Try to imagine what's happening inside your body right now. Your cells have shed their excess fat from so many places around your body, that it's naturally overreacting. It's going into protection mode, basically filling those now empty cells with water to protect you. In a few days or weeks, when your body realizes that you are not, in fact, starving, it'll release all of tha****er and you'll suddenly be down several pounds over night.
Follow your plan, add a few extra glasses of water to help with the flushing of excess water and don't neglect your protein. The best thing you can do for yourself is relax, this too shall pass.

Well you know what to do to get back on track. Happens to all of us. Just part of the rest of your life
