I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hello to all LW's. Insurance has approved transport for DH to the rehab. DH is having some pain in his neck so that's being checked out. I think he probably slept wrong. Once that's checked out, he will go to the rehab facility.
Another hot day here. I watered early. Oh how I detest anything to do with yard work.

My DH is obsessed with yard work. Thank Goodness because I hate it too. I don't mind taking care of my landscaping around the house but nothing beyond that.
