WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! My scales are looking better than they were on Sunday..... I had a BAD couple of days on Friday and Saturday. To many of bites of this and that!

Funny thing is, I don't really like eggs. LOL
So far I've been lucky, no food problems yet. Well, volume obviously, but nothing that I just can't eat yet. I'm not being too adventurous though; simple, basic foods with few ingredients.

Hot and humid here today. Hubby was supposed to be transferred to a rehab facility today but Cigna didn't get the approval done. Cigna is the worst insurance we've ever had.
I worked on a new quilt today while I was waiting for the call that he was on his way to the rehab center. I even cooked something for myself for dinner. When I thought about what I've eaten today, I'm a little slack on food intake.
B - Click/Unjury shake
S - Power Crunch bar - loves these frozen
L - Cowboy Beans w/cheese; watermelon
D - Beef wiener; spaghetti squash
Looks like I need a protein shake this evening.

Hope you got that Protein Shake in. It looks like you made good choices for what you did eat.
The quilt my Mom made us for our wedding gift is starting to fall apart. The main quilt is still intact but the leaves she applied are falling off. I thought about taking it to a quilting shop but then it wouldn't be just from my Mom. I've used it practically every single night for the last 42 years. I even take an extra suitcase so I can take it on overnight trips. I don't care how raged it gets I just can't sleep without it.
What do you do with all of your quilts?
