WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Afternoon LW's!!!   I was so disappointed in my carpet last night!  Way darker than the sample I brought home.  I brought a ton home because I wanted to see it in my lighting.  This morning with the sun coming in it was lighter but in the evening all I see is brown.....   I went on a buying spree with my Macy's credit card.  Everything has to be exchanged because the are too big....yeah!!!!   I went from a PM to a PS since my bowel obstruction repair in December.

I don't know is it will help brown carpet but we switched all our light bulbs to the natural light type. Maybe changing up the lighting might help. Congrats on going down a size. Hold on to the PMs, maybe we can have a clothing exchange/swap.
