WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Sunday!!   It's the beginning of a new week!!  I'm going to try really hard to post M&M every day!!  I always do it first thing in the morning but things keep getting in the way....like work..lol.    

We are finally getting our new carpeting and flooring installed tomorrow...YEAH!!   I am sooo excited!!  We got the flooring we have now about 29 years ago.  It must have been good carpeting because it has really held up well. I'm going with a whole new look it's going to be strange when I come home and see it.

I'll try to consume 3 protein shakes and a few tbsps of some pureed chicken or avocado.

 

Grouchy pouch seems to be happy with water right now, so we'll see.

Drove Teke and paperwork.  the darn raccoon that is haunting my barn is getting braver.  He comes out now when I feed the cats and runs them of***** to get rid of that guy.  The cats don't seem scared but I am, lol.
