Wonderful.  You can handle vacation, you know what to do!!!

Just noticed you are from Easley.  Did you get your surgery in Greenville?  Dr Scott did mine.

I did have it done in Greenville, but Dr. Chaudhari did it...even though he's not with the practice anymore.  He was wonderful!  Did you have yours done at GHS?  Mine was at St. Francis.  Thanks for the encouraging words about vacation...I do have know what to do and have already started packing "appropriate" snacks for the 24 hours of travel time!

Mine was the other group, I think.  My hospital was one of GHS in Simpsonville.

Last week: 132

This week: 132

I'll take it. Yesterday was a bad day carb wise so I expected to really be up since I was up yesterday morning, instead it was right where I needed it! Going to be better this week. I got a Fitbit this past week as an early birthday present, it's on the 12th, and I am loving it so far. I actually think it will help because i find myself wanting my steps to be higher!

Staying the same is fine.  Report back on the fitbit, I keep thinking about one.

Fitbits are awesome...and really do help you think about taking extra steps.  If you have an iPhone...it will do the same.  Not quite as many counted, since theoretically you don't carry it everywhere, but one less "thing" to have to keep up with!

I can back you up next Sunday.

I stayed the same, 124. Would really like to be back at 120.
