WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Morning!  I just finished up my 1st Protein Shake for the day!  Did I mention that someone stole money out of our checking.  Somehow they must have made a duplicate card because I have both of ours.  We live in the Pittsburgh, PA area and they used an ATM in Washington DC. How in the world does things like this happen??? Fortunately the bank suspected something and put a hold on our account before they wiped us out.  I've been on the phone all morning complaining to any one who will listen.  There's nothing they can do but it makes me feel better....LOL.

usually they just get the numbers but I guess they had to have a physical something to use at an ATM.  I think the bank has to give back everything they took but it can take a while.  One of my staff lost a checkbook and got wiped out.  He got everything back but it took months to straighten out and he couldn't afford to be without for that long.
