I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Since I can't manage to drink all of what they want me eating, I'm just drinking 3 "meals" a day and dividing it into 6 servings throughout the day. Today is --
11oz premier protein - chocolate.
8oz chicken broth with 1 scoop unjury chicken.
8oz Fairlife 2% milk with syntrax vanilla bean torte with 1 tbsp peanut butter.
G-tube is bothering me today, nausea and cramping, so I'm just adding a couple of ounces of water every few hours.

You're doing great. I think eating is way overrated the first year. Keep that sleeve or pouch as small as you can for as long as you can. Eating only stretches it out faster.
