I think last time I posted I was at 132. I am still at 132. My weight usually bounces from 130 to 134. It's my fault. I think a lot of it is I am losing inches from working out. I have recently upped my calories, which was so scary, because I was becoming lightheaded when working out and my instructor told me to increase on the days I do 1.5 hours of working out. Surprisingly, I dropped two pounds just from doing that. But the TOM came around so it's back up. I think my problem is I want to see the low number on the scale, even though I am comfortable at this weight and my clothes look good because I am building muscle. I checked my body fat and was at 26.7%. I think I will continue to monitor that as well!

Staying the same is always ok.  We can lose inches and not pounds which always amazes me, especially early out during stalls.

I would love to keep going down but my gym does body fat also and I have been the same weight and body fat, 24, for well over a year now.  I guess this is where my body is happy.

I agree, staying the same is okay. I think it is still just a mind thing and I have to remind myself that sometimes the scale isn't what is important and that the way my clothes fit is a better indicator of what I have accomplished. It still amazes me when I see people that I haven't seen in a few months and they comment about how I look great and ask how much more I have lost. It's great to see their expressions when I tell them I haven't lost anymore! Just inches. I mean I have dropped another past size or so in the last month. I can now wear size 6!

Its not sunday but im 138 ( just got weighed at the doctors' .  For 5'9" thats not too bad .. however i need  to be between 127-129 to work on camera .  The last few pounds are of course exponentially the hardest to lose

I am kind of  frustrated that my newly " developed " butt is making me not fit into my ( expensive rack of )  size 1 jeans ... who knew working out could make you GAIN weight and size  ..
