Last week 132
this week 134
After a week of paperwork, meetings and conferences which mean eating out and no exercise, there you go. Now to get serious about this before the wedding on June 14. 132 or lower, here I come.

I'm all over the place this week. I had a scary burst ovarian cyst that has had me on unusual meds and out of routine. At one point I was as low as 112, and today I am 117. Whatever--not an accurate week to be documenting. Hopefully next week will be back to normal.

I doubt that banana pudding was the cause of almost a half pound, more just cir****tances but we occasionally will fall off the wagon no matter what. You can get back in the groove.

I'm still not ready to step on my scale at home, buy I see the surgeon Wednesday for 2-week check-up. I'll report in when I get a new number. To be honest, I doubt I lose a pound with the calories they're making me eat. But we'll see.

It will be interesting to see if you have hair loss around 6 months like most WLS folks. Some say it is just the shock to the body, the drastic change in calories, change in protein, etc. If it is the change in calories, you may not lose hair since you haven't dramatically cut calories. Maybe your Dr has it right and all the rest are wrong.
