Beautiful day here in WNC. I've been seeing clients this morning and doing paperwork this afternoon. Getting ready to work on some flower baskets to get outside.

Tropical storm warning here, endless rain today day, but I love it! Put on my adorable rain boots, grabbed an umbrella and just walked around the neighborhood. So cool out, and no pesky neighbors taking up the sidewalks.
Unfortunately, I'm having a grouchy pouch day. Nothing I had planned seems to be what it wants. I'm basically falling back on premier protein pre-made shakes simply because grouchy will let me swallow more than a single sip.
So far I've had 2 premier shakes. I tossed out the red pepper tomato soup that had unjury chicken protein mixed in. I also have a glass of milk with greek yogurt and unjury strawberry sorbet, but after one sip I'm not sure I'll drink it. Maybe I'll save it and try again tomorrow. I guess I'll have another premier shake if the strawberry fails. -sigh-

Some folks have more trouble with grouchy pouches than others. I had a cast iron stomach and have a cast iron pouch. The only thing that every bothered be early out was broccoli soup. No issues now. We couldn't have tomato soup because of the sugar. Maybe the straight chicken protein would work. Also, warm was much better for me than cold. Maybe that will help. Hope it is better soon.

I'm so looking forward to protein only, whether it be pureed or just regular food. I do so well on pure protein. It's all of these extra calories the nutritionist wants me eating. Bleh. My pouch likes warm better, too. It does okay on bone broth, too. I'll try that tomorrow.
