I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

- 1/2 cup cream of chicken with 1/2 cup Fairlife milk and 1/2 scoop Isopure unflavored
- 8oz Ensure vanilla + 8oz water -- gtube
Fluid total 100+ ounces. Protein 103g. Calories 902.

My lab results from tests yesterday were sent to me early today. Results look good except tryglerides are a little high and my protein is at a meeting minimum.
