S - regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - tuna salad, Saltines, and later a protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - stir fried chicken w/asparagus, mushrooms and bamboo shoots
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: partially done
iron: stopped
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

MILES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day

More or less the same liquid diet as yesterday. Again, in no particular order:

8oz. Fairlife 2% milk
8oz. Unjury Chicken Broth with 4oz. V-8
8oz. Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
11oz. Premier Protein Chocolate RTD
8oz. Pacific Chicken Bone Broth
8oz. Syntax Fuzzy Navel with 4oz OJ
8oz. Boost High Protein (G-tube) - for calories

I started my day having blood work done to check if all is well.  I'm anxious to get the results.  My PC has the same tests done as my surgeon.

Today I discovered that adding a scoop of unflavored protein powder to my Click tastes really good.  Click is a little pricey and I really don't like the taste with 2 scoops, but 1 scoop only gives me 7 1/2 grams of protein.  The addition of the unflavored gave me another 27.

L - Egg salad; crackers; SF Jello

S - Nature Valley bar

D - Chicken sausage; roasted veggies

S - Strawberries

I sure miss chewing crunchy things. I've been chewing ice since surgery and it's fine, but it's only going to appease me for so long. I can't wait to have something crunchy again.

Late but this was yesterday.

Busy and stressful.  Between now and the 24 of June I have my DD's wedding, a Medicaid audit, client's services being cut which means I will have to cut staff and my house closing.  I never considered myself a stress eater but I sure headed to the kitchen a lot yesterday. At least none of it was junk.  Did go to muscle pump last night so that helped.

1/2 low carb pita, cheese, brunswieger
