WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!! I went home last night expecting to smell the aroma of roast and realized I hadn't turned it on!! We had to get KFC and I ate the cookie!!!! I cooked the roast even though it sat out all day. Hoping we don't get sick!

Bummer on the roast. I would have cooked it too considering the price of a roast. DH and I went to the dinner theatre today so lots of choices at the buffet. I made wise choices, passed on the 2 pasta dishes, chose brisket, ham and chicken, small scoop of garlic mashed potatoes and a spoonful of carrot mousse which I didn't like at all. I took small servings but still left a lot on my plate. I really watched that I didn't eat too fast and I didn't have any problems. No belching or that bloated feeling.
B - Protein coffee
S - Protein shake
L - Brisket, chicken, ham, potatoes
S - Premier protein
D - Laughing Cow, few slices of salami
S - Peanuts
