Last week  132
this week   133

Being at a conference for a couple of days then at a horse show for 2, whew, glad it wasn't up more.  Now to get that off before next weekend when I will be competing.

Can someone start this for me next weekend?  I will be home Sunday but won't have had a scale around.

How was your week?

I didn't weigh this morning, because I'll be getting weighed in tomorrow morning. But I'll come back and edit with my surgery weight while they buzz around getting me prepped and such.

I doubt I'll weigh myself for the first few weeks, at least until the initial IV fluids drain and I'm more mobile. I'm cheering for you! Good luck in your competition!!!

thanks!!!

Good idea to not weigh for a few days.  Folks are so disappointed when they weigh when they get home and have gained.  But you are right, they fill you full of fluid during and after surgery and all that, and the swelling weighs a lot.

Looking forward to hearing how you are doing.

Today I surpassed my goal of 114, and went straight down from 116 to 113.7! Crazy that I can still drop 2.5 lbs in a week at 10 months out.

I'm being really good about cutting calories and staying under 900, and avoiding carbs. Hoping to keep going lower while my body let's me.

  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)

I know I looked pretty rough at 111 but it didn't stay there long before starting back up.  You are doing great!!!

Not much, but it's down!!  Pretty good week, but next week should be awesome for some exercise!  I'm walking three rounds of golf at the BMW Charity Pro-Am...so lots of steps!

Have a great week all!

Down is always good, lol.

I loved reading your signature line.  I just kept adjusting my goal down as I blew past one or the other.  Good job.

Thanks!  If I could have figured out the tickers well enough, I might have done that, too!
