I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Not the best food day, but driving to Augusta and back to pick up the littlest grandson makes choices limited, so we make due! Oldest grandson and daughter are off to the NEWBREED Tournament in North Carolina. Oldest little man is a brazilian jiu jitsu champion and he loves competing in tournaments! I had to miss is because I have surgery prep to start on Sunday, so I got to keep little man with me for the weekend. Yay!
