WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning LW's!!! Life's going good for me how's it going for you?? Loving my WLS and scales!!!

I weighed in this morning before the EGD procedure. Isn't it funny how having an empty tummy changes weight? Yesterday I weighed 4.5lbs more than I did today, and the only thing I did differently was drink 3 bottles of water before my Dr. Appt yesterday. WOW it's nice to lose almost 5 pounds in a day! HAHA.

You Amaze me Price!!! Physical Labor is a "bad word" in my vocabulary....haha. When I say "we" are going to plant flowers this weekend that usually means my DH is going to plant flowers and I'm going to tell him where to put them!
YUM...I need to buy some eggbeaters! I rush in the morning to get the DGkids to school but school will be out in another month and I'll have more time in the morning.
Sounds like a Great Day!!

Hello to All ~ It was a beautiful day here in Missouri. Lots of rain this week but today was sunny and breezy. I'm doing much better with my eating now that I'm not working. Click is tasting good again. I attended a luncheon today and gave my cake to DH. The entrée was roast chicken and it was delicious. Also had roasted veggies which were very good.
B - Protein shake
L - Roast chicken & veggies
D - Not hungry
