WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

I am just soooo excited for you!!!!!
I just noticed we are the same height. 115 Sounds like a great goal but expect to go lower and then maybe end up there. I dropped to 106 but freaked out and when on Maintenance to early. Since you are younger than I was when I had my RNY you might be able to handle going that low. Don't stop early because bounce back is a true fact.
Menu sounds Good!!!

Thank you Roz.
I read your menus every day because we're such a similar build and both RNY. I am so thankful to have someone to model my future plans after, that has been successful. You really are a great inspiration and I know I can do it, too. (psychologist told me to start using "I can", instead of "I hope or I can't") and it will help me with the emotional fears I'm dealing with right now. I'm just mostly afraid I won't maintain long term and end up obese again. So, I'm trying it out!!
Thanks so much for being here. You're a gem.

Your using the word gem mad me smile.... Did you know My DD coaches 17 all-star Cheer teams and each one is a different color and a different GEM. Our motto is "It's Good To Be A GEM"
Thank you for your response!! I'm such a boring eater I wonder sometimes if I'm the right person to start M&M. It's best for me if I stick to a routine and eat small numerous "meals". The hardest thing I've had to deal with over the last 7 years is eating out. Looking at Menus is very upsetting and tempting to me so most places I have a certain thing I order and don't stray away from it.
