Yesterday, we went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. I ordered a seafood combination with veggies. I had a very small portion of rice; however, I usually have problems with rice and last night was no different. It all came up. Tonight I had the leftovers and same thing. I thought maybe I ate too fast yesterday, but today I ate slowly. There was a lot of broccoli and along with a bit of rice, it was too much.
Other than my dinner meal, I did well with my eating. I do need to get another protein shake or an additional serving of protein in during the day.

I'm almost 9 years post-op DS and I still have trouble with stir fried broccoli. It's almost like it expands in my stomach. I can eat a little rice with a lot of sauce or gravy but the broccoli, um, no.
