S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)

D - chicken tenders
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

MILES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

Thanks Gina!!!!   Happy Star Wars Day to you!!!  I thought of you when we were in Disney's Hollywood Studio and the Stars Wars Jedi Training Academy started marching through the park and then put on a  show.  The boys were so excited. 

Breakfast:  Protein Drink

Lunch:  Can of Bean and Bacon Soup

Snack:  Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines

Dinner:  pick up something on our way to DGD's concert

Snack:   Protein Drink

Snack:   Protein Nut Bar

Snack:   3 cups of Popcorn
